A welcoming and inclusive Primary School in West London is seeking an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for SEND to join their senior leadership team. This is a key strategic role, focused on leading and developing high-quality SEND provision across the school and ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential.
This opportunity would suit an experienced SEND leader or senior practitioner ready to take the next step in leadership within a supportive, community-focused school.
The Role
- Strategic leadership of SEND provision across the whole school
- Oversight of identification, support and progress of pupils with additional needs
- Working closely with the Headteacher and SLT to shape inclusive practice
- Line management of the SENCO and SEND support staff (where applicable)
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of SEND interventions
- Ensuring statutory requirements and EHCP processes are met
- Building strong partnerships with families, staff and external agencies

Requirements
- QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
