A supportive and well-organised Primary School in West London is seeking a Year 3 Teacher, ideally an Early Career Teacher (ECT), to join their team for an immediate, ongoing role. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT looking to gain hands-on classroom experience in a nurturing environment with strong support in place.
The school places a strong emphasis on inclusion, pupil wellbeing and staff development, making it a great setting for an ECT to build confidence and refine their practice.
The Role
- Full-time Year 3 Class Teacher
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
- Creating a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils’ academic progress and emotional development
- Working closely with an experienced year group team and senior leaders
- Access to mentoring and guidance suited to an ECT

Requirements
