A welcoming and inclusive Primary School close to Ealing Broadway is seeking a SEND EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
The role involves supporting children within Nursery and Reception who require additional support with communication, social interaction and accessing learning. The school is looking for somebody who understands the importance of play-based learning, building positive relationships and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

SEND EYFS Teaching Assistant – The Role
- Supporting children with SEND within Nursery and Reception
- Working 1:1 and with small groups of pupils
- Supporting communication, language and social development
- Delivering play-based learning activities
- Supporting pupils with routines, engagement and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
- Building positive relationships with pupils and families

Requirements
- Experience working within EYFS or Nursery settings
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Positive, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
