Start: April (February start available for the right candidate)
Pay: M1 – UPS3
Contract: Full-time | Permanent (with flexibility for an initial temp-to-perm period)
A large, well-established Primary School in Ealing is seeking a Qualified Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team. This is a long-term opportunity within a high-quality nursery provision, with the option of an initial temp-to-perm arrangement for candidates who would value a short settling-in period.
The nursery has capacity for up to 100 children (50 morning / 50 afternoon) and is currently operating at around 80 children, supported by three full-time support staff. This strong staffing structure allows the class teacher to focus on high-quality teaching, leadership and provision.
The Role
- Full-time Nursery Class Teacher
- Leading a large, well-organised nursery setting
- Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning
- Creating a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment
- Working closely with experienced EYFS support staff
- Building strong relationships with families and carers

- Confident ECTs with a strong Early Years background

Requirements
- QTS with Early Years experience
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Experience leading nursery provision (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
